Join the BBINV: Associate Memberships

Thank you for your interest in joining the Bed & Breakfast Inns of Napa Valley. We welcome you to become a part of an association which strives to deliver the highest levels of hospitality to our guests in a region known for its dedication to quality. Associate Membership Criteria:

• Must be a local hospitality business to whom members refer guests
• Must be compliant with local and federal laws
• Must be properly licensed to operate business
• Must have a reputation for consistency in product excellence and service
• Must be a qualified and approved vendor who serve the Inn’s or BBINV
• Must be invited to join or sponsored by a member
• Must have an website with a registered URL
• Must have high resolution digital images of business or product
• Must have high resolution digital logo available if applicable
• Must grant reproductive and royalty free rights to use of logos and promotional verbiage on business for BBINV and the BBINV marketing and public relations agencies of record for marketing the BBINV association and independent businesses within the association - which include rack cards, brochures, newsletters, invitations, direct mail, display prints, print publications, online publications, consumer direct marketing, email marketing, website design, television and broadcast video and promotional advertising for the association.
